Mat and resistance band training strengthens the body, improves flexibility, and activates deep muscles that enhance stability and posture. Being accessible and adaptable to all fitness levels, these exercises boost mobility, endurance, and overall health.

Claudia Ortiz is the founder of StrongBodyVIP, a fitness center in Fresno, California, dedicated to promoting physical wellness. As a certified Zumba instructor, she combines her love for music with a passion for helping others stay active and healthy. Her workouts incorporate mats, resistance bands, and weights to create dynamic routines that build strength and endurance. Through StrongBodyVIP, Claudia fosters a supportive community focused on motivation, teamwork, and achieving personal fitness goals.
